Sow a thought; reap an act;
Sow an act, reap a habit;
Sow a habit, reap a character;
Sow a character. reap an eternal destiny.
~David O. McKay
Change is nature dad the part that we can influence and is starts when we decide.
~Ratatouille
A way to a woman's heart is an unexpected gift at an unexpected time.
~ Movie Finding Forrester
Some people say that creativity is a talent you are either born with or not. I'm convinced that creativity is a skill that can be learned and nurtured. All people are essentially creative because we are all made in the image of a creative God. Creativity is our birthright, imagination is the essence of our being. Only when we are dreaming big dreams are we truly fulfilling our God given purpose in life.

It is so easy and yet so hard to hit a curve ball.
It is ironic how life can be with all it's many mysteries. It can give us some of the greatest times of our lives, but sometimes give us an unexpected curve ball that can take a turn for the worse. This curve ball can sometimes hit so hard that we didn't even see coming. It can be fast enough that we don't even try to swing the bat thus missing the opportunity to TRY to fight back.
No matter what we feel, and no matter what people say or do, we must always swing so that we don't miss the opportunity of trying.
I am Tee-J Valdez. A Filipino Asia going to college at BYU-I fighting those random curve balls every day. We must not give up, because if we give up, we will eventually strike out. We will hit that homer, where the ball will fly free from tyranny, oppression, opposition and the agonies we feel. The ball will fly to heights that birds can only reach. A height that we can all attain!

Post 1 of Summer Break

Hey everyone!!!! I am here in good old Oregon still trying to find a job. I was regrettably turned down by Disney but that is quite alright. Unfortunately, the hospital has not called yet, and well I might just give them a call next week if they don't call tomorrow. I am trying my best to find an internship as soon as possible.
Well, I find it interesting that even though I didn't excercise that much in college that I still have my endurance. What I mean is that I can jog/run 49 blocks without fading. This can take me about an hour of a run. I am hoping to bring this time over the course of the next five months.
Anyways, I just working on some personal goals and currently chapter 16 of my novel is almost finished. I am hoping to finish the research this coming summer if time permits. I am excited to come back to the Berg because I miss the people and most importantly I want to get back there and raise my grades. My grades sucked big time this semester!!!!! Just a lot going in my life but I should figure it out. I am just reading my scriptures and praying a lot lately. It is so true that we can do anything without "HIM." It is only through him that we can accomplish anything if we are willing to believe. I am always love the fact that I know that I can come to Savior for anything if I have a problem.
Always remember to have faith and your prayers or problems will be solved. Always believe in faith. I have faith in Him, I hope you do too! I am always reminded that we can not bask in sin to solve our sins. Basking in sin can only create more sins. It is so true that we need to do our best not to procrastinate the day of our repentance. Keep the Faith!
